Calming Winds Productions is a video game developer and multi-media publisher currently hosted on various third party platforms including YouTube, Steam, and Facebook/Oculus. Titles include: Cyber Defense 2088, Meditation Journey Series and a number of videos on YouTube. Calming Winds Productions and its representatives may refer to itself as “We” or “Us.”
General Data Collection
Calming Winds Productions does not collect any personal information such as names, emails, IP addresses, mailing addresses, etc. Third party platforms we utilize may collect personal information which is outside of our control. None of our games or services require any personal data or logins to access except that of the governing platform when purchasing. Please refer to the platforms privacy policy to determine what they collect. Also refer to the privacy policies of Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude as we may use these services for advertising when we target our market of content consumers. We also do not use direct advertising to children under the age of 13.
Cookies
Cookies are small files collected by your web browser and some VR headsets. Calming Winds Productions does not utilize cookies. Other websites outside of our platforms may collect data on your browsing habits and share it with other sites. Please be aware of any outside websites or services you use and read their policy on cookies and what data they collect.
Support Information Collection
If support information is need for diagnosing issues with our product, we may request information such as emails, discord user name, PC or VR hardware specs, debug files/logs, etc. All of this information will be collected only at the customer’s discretion and none of that data will be stored, used for advertising or shared with third parties unless necessary for troubleshooting. We will never ask for personal information such as full names, addresses, credit card information, etc.
Credit Cards and Payments
All payments and credit card processing for Apps and Games are done through third party marketplaces such as Oculus and Valve (Steam). Calming Winds Productions does not collect, ask for, or store any billing data. Billing transactions are processed through the third party secure logins.
In-App Purchasing
Games in a future date may include downloadable content (DLCs) or expansions that could require additional purchasing. See information on the third party platform to learn more about In-App purchasing. Billing for any In-App purchasing is completed through the third party platform. Calming Winds Productions do not collect any billing or personal information.
